Terms of Use

The Platform is a property information platform providing for the publication, browsing and searching of property particulars and related market information. The Platform is not itself a party to any transaction, nor does it provide agency services for the sale, purchase or lease of any property. Property particulars are supplied by listers or licensed real estate agents, and the Platform takes no part in the formation of their contracts.

The property particulars, transaction data, market statistics, trend analyses and results of any calculation tools published on the Platform are provided for general reference only and do not constitute advice or an offer of any kind, whether in relation to a purchase, sale, lease, investment, tax or legal matter. Before making any decision, you should verify the relevant information yourself and seek appropriate professional advice. The rights and obligations of an actual transaction are governed solely by the formal contract executed by the parties.

The Platform endeavours to keep the information published accurate and current, but does not warrant that it is complete, accurate or free from error. Market data may be drawn from public sources, including statistics published by government departments; the publication date, statistical basis and scope of coverage of such data are as determined by the publishing authority. If you identify any error or omission, you are welcome to notify the Platform so that it may be corrected.

(a) The Platform operates a one-account-per-person system. A registering member must set a username and sign-in password and must complete a single identity verification by a method designated by the Platform. You may not register more than one account for the same person, nor may you transfer, lend or share an account with another person.

(b) You are responsible for keeping your sign-in password secure. Any action taken through your account is treated as your own. If you discover that your account has been misused or otherwise accessed without authorisation, you should notify the Platform immediately.

(c) Where a member breaches these Terms, supplies false information, or acts in a manner harmful to the Platform or to other users, the Platform may suspend or terminate the account and reserves the right to pursue any remedy available to it.

(a) When submitting property particulars, photographs, videos or other content, you warrant that the content is true and accurate and that you hold the lawful right to submit it and to authorise its display. False listings, impersonation of an owner and solicitation using inaccurate information are strictly prohibited.

(b) In respect of the content you submit, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence, to the extent necessary for the provision of the service, to display, arrange, reproduce and translate that content so that it may be presented across the language versions of the Platform.

(c) The Platform may, without prior notice, review, edit, hide or remove any content that breaches these Terms or the law, or that harms the rights of others.

You must not: (a) use automated programs to harvest, copy or republish material from the Platform on a large scale; (b) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper operation or information security of the Platform; (c) register under a false identity or impersonate another person; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or otherwise improper purpose; or (e) use the content of the Platform for commercial purposes without consent.

The collection and processing of personal data by the Platform, including the aggregated statistical analysis of browsing and search behaviour, is governed by the Privacy Policy. That Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

The layout, interface design, logos, original text and statistical charts prepared by the Platform are the intellectual property of the Platform or of the respective rights holders. They may not be reproduced, republished, adapted or used commercially without prior written consent.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or make use of third-party services. The Platform accepts no responsibility for the content, policies or operation of such websites or services, and you should observe their respective terms when using them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, or from reliance on the information published on it. The Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely free from error.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the service at any time and without prior notice.

The Platform may amend these Terms from time to time, and an amended version takes effect once published. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the courts of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
